Seller was very responsive and sent me samples to make sure the photos were how I wanted. Very happy with this product! Didn't do 5/5 because the picture is not centered - it's very off. Really love the packaging it comes in and looks great (other than the fact it's not centered)

Turned out completely different than what I ordered, very upset.
This “Business” then reaches back out to me after sending them complaint for the discrepancy of what I ordered versus what they sent. They offered me a $10 refund and a replacement. lo and behold I received another gift for my father. That is not what I originally ordered. The new gift is approximately half the size and the base doesn't have the same angle the original one did so it sits straight up at a 90° angle. I am not entirely sure where the disconnect is, but I can assure you I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially for a holiday gift.
cute! i got this for my bestie friends bday and i think she'll love it. however, in all the pictures there are spots that are very pixelated so just be aware of that. and sorry about covering 50% of my pictures LOL bestie and i don't feel comfortable showing our faces!
I ordered the anniversary plaque for my sister and brother-in-law. They both were head over heels in love with it. The quality of work, clear picture, song from barcode works, etc. I didn't need customer service but that's a good thing to me, everything was done electronically and flowed. Great shipping!
