At CieloNYCDesigns, we take pride in creating personalized products with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Order Processing Times

Standard Orders (1–20 Items)

Orders containing 1–20 items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Bulk Orders (21+ Items)

Orders containing more than 20 items may require additional processing time depending on order quantity, customization requirements, and production schedules.

We recommend contacting us before placing large or time-sensitive orders to confirm estimated processing times.

Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET).

Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET may begin processing on the next business day. This cutoff applies to all orders, including standard and bulk orders.

Orders placed before the cutoff are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

Customization, Samples & Design Approvals

Certain personalized products and bulk orders may require a digital proof, physical sample, or design approval before production begins.

• Production will not proceed until the required customer approval is received.

• Orders requiring samples or design approvals may experience an additional processing delay of up to 5 business days.

• Requested design changes or delayed customer responses may further extend processing times.

• Processing estimates may be adjusted based on the complexity of the customization.

We encourage customers to review and respond to approval requests promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping service.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

CieloNYCDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier operations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the package has been accepted.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

The estimated delivery date depends on the time required to prepare your order and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Business Days & Holidays

Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
